Ms. McGee currently divides her tax practice among Corporate & Business Transactions and Estate Planning. In the Corporate and Business transaction area, her practice focuses on tax planning and strategy for the formation, acquisition and disposition of domestic and international businesses, as well as the creation and operation of tax-exempt corporations and cooperatives. Ms. McGee works with families and individuals in all areas of estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax planning, including wills, trusts and various other investment and transfer vehicles.

Accolades

  • Ms. McGee is a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of Wig and Robe. While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, she served as the Research Editor of ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award in Antitrust and Trade Regulation and Individual Employment Law.
