Duke K. McCall, Jr.

Mr. McCall concentrates his practice in Litigation with a sub-specialty in Workers’ Compensation. His litigation area is primarily as defense counsel for Insurance Carriers and Industry. His areas of expertise range from Product Liability, Trucking, and Accident Litigation to Business Litigation. In his sub-specialty of Workers’ Compensation, he has represented a variety of Carriers and Employers in this State from Zurich Insurance Co. to BASF Corporation. However, his work covers not only actual trial litigation in State Courts, but also the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.

In addition to handling S.C. Workers’ Compensation claims, Mr. McCall works to recover funds from the S.C. Second Injury Fund which reimburses Industry/Employers and Carriers millions of dollars each year for those who qualify. Mr. McCall and his team have been quite effective in their recovery.

Mr. McCall joined Leatherwood Walker Todd & Mann, P.C. upon graduation from law school.
