Michael J. Giese

Prior to joining Leatherwood Walker Todd & Mann, P.C., Mr. Giese was a Law Clerk to Honorable Clement F. Haynsworth, Jr., Chief Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit (1974-1975). Mr. Giese is presently a member of the South Carolina Commission on Lawyer Conduct. He was a member of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline, South Carolina Supreme Court (1990-1993) and served as a member of its Executive Committee (1993-1997).
