The group’s practice has centered around advice to manufacturing and industrial clients regarding compliance with federal and state environmental statutes and regulations, defense of potentially responsible parties in CERCLA actions, private cost recovery actions to recover response costs from former owners for environmental impairment, environmental audits, pre-acquisition assessments for commercial and industrial properties, and defense of manufacturing and industrial clients in proceedings brought by adjacent property owners and federal and state regulatory agencies.
