Technology

The Technology Practice Group (TPG) was formed to provide support and counsel to clients in the technology sector as well as all of our clients as they increasingly encounter technology issues in their daily activities.

The TPG is comprised of attorneys from a variety of disciplines in the firm and is poised to help you with every question you may have regarding technological issues. The attorneys in this area blend training from across the country with practical experience to provide a basis to handle problems familiar and unprecedented. TPG transactional attorneys provide the foundation of the TPG’s service to our clients in various areas as providing counsel on decisions facing our clients (particularly for immerging issues never previously faced by our clients), contracting, preparing clip wrap agreements, preparing electronics use policies for your employees.

Our intellectual property attorneys assist in the development of many of those agreements and decision making as well as help protect the proprietary trademark, copyright, patent and other proprietary rights that develop quickly in the market today.

Finally, our litigation attorneys have experience in multiple technology disputes including domain name priorities, software warranty claims, web page design failures, consultant liability, insurance coverage questions, and criminal issues that arise with regard to improper use of your company’s computers.
